Architectural Design
Architectural Design
Our Architects work in-house, offering years of experience and expertise in a wide variety of development styles. Highly skilled in providing design solutions, the team work closely with you to get a thorough understanding of your requirements regarding lifestyle, budget, design aspirations, as well as the unique aspect of your site. Our surveyors will survey the client’s land and the invoice will be forwarded directly to the client for the payment. Our architect team will provide the initial concept plan based on the survey, the council’s conditions and the client’s requirements. We will amend the plan as per the changes required by the clients. (Up to 5 revisions will be provided free of cost). Once the architectural plans are finalized by the client we will move to the Facade. Reference images can be shared with us if the client is looking for a particular type of facade (Up to 3 revisions will be provided free of cost). However, for certain lots we have to design the facade as per the developer’s condition) Based on the approved plan and façade the detailed drawing set will be made which will be sent for approval.

The DA & CC approval process can be time-consuming and convoluted if you don’t know what you’re doing or even where to begin. The best results are gained from continued contact with Council & the Accredited Certifier. The benefit of working with our dedicated client services Coordinator is that we follow the progress of the assessment through to gaining approval, freeing up valuable time for the Client and making the approval process hassle-free. The detailed drawing set and other necessary documents will be sent for DA approval. (All the consultant fee invoices required in this process will be shared with the client for payment). After we get the DA approval/council approval, we will apply for Construction Certificate approval with our private certifier.
